Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and password (encrypted). If you use Google OAuth, we receive your name and email from Google.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and time spent.
Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.
We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service; send signal alerts and notifications you've opted into; process payments; improve the Service; communicate updates and changes; and comply with legal obligations.
Phone Number: If you opt in to SMS notifications, we collect and store the phone number you provide in your account settings. This number is used solely to deliver SMS alerts and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
What We Send: Messages include trading signal alerts (new entries) and trade exit notifications (stop-loss or profit target hits). Message frequency varies based on market activity, typically 1–5 messages per trading day.
SMS Service Provider: SMS messages are delivered via Twilio. Twilio processes your phone number solely to deliver messages on our behalf. Twilio's privacy policy governs their handling of data.
Opt-In Process: SMS notifications are OFF by default. To enable SMS, you must log in to your account, navigate to Settings, enter your phone number, and toggle SMS Alerts to ON. Only paid Pro and Founder plan subscribers can enable SMS.
Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by toggling SMS Alerts to OFF in your Settings or by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for support. Message and data rates may apply. Carrier support is not available for all carriers.
Data Deletion: If you disable SMS or delete your account, your phone number is removed from our messaging system within 30 days.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: Stripe (payment processing); Supabase (database hosting); Vercel (application hosting); Resend (transactional emails). These providers process data solely to deliver their services to us.
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted passwords (bcrypt via Supabase Auth), and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or sell cookie data to third parties.
You may: access your personal data via your account settings; update or correct your information; delete your account by contacting us; opt out of non-essential communications. To exercise these rights, contact support@sigmasnap.net.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
