All SigmaSnap subscriptions are non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to the billing and cancellation terms outlined below.
SigmaSnap offers monthly and annual paid subscription plans. When you subscribe, you authorize SigmaSnap to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the interval you chose (monthly or annually). Charges are processed automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle through our payment processor, Stripe.
By providing your payment information and completing a subscription purchase, you acknowledge that you are entering into a recurring billing agreement and are responsible for all charges incurred until the subscription is cancelled.
All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
We do not issue refunds or credits for any reason, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with signal performance, failure to use the Service during a billing period, failure to cancel before a renewal date, duplicate purchases, or market losses incurred while using our signals.
SigmaSnap offers a 14-day free trial that provides full access to the platform with no credit card required. The free trial is designed to allow you to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription. We strongly encourage you to use the trial period to determine if SigmaSnap is right for you before subscribing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@sigmasnap.net. Upon cancellation:
It is your responsibility to cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. SigmaSnap is not responsible for charges resulting from failure to cancel in a timely manner.
Annual subscriptions are billed as a single payment for the full year. Annual plans are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel an annual plan mid-term, your access continues through the end of the annual period, but no partial refund will be issued for the remaining months.
Founding Member lifetime access plans are one-time, non-refundable purchases. These plans are not eligible for refunds, chargebacks, or transfers under any circumstances.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@sigmasnap.net before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We will work with you to resolve legitimate billing errors. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of your account.
SigmaSnap reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes via email at least 30 days before the new pricing takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
