By accessing or using SigmaSnap (“the Service”), operated by SigmaSnap (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
SigmaSnap is an options trading signal platform that provides statistical analysis, trade alerts, and educational content. The Service includes a web-based dashboard at app.sigmasnap.net and associated tools.
SigmaSnap provides signal alerts for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the platform's content as such.
We do not recommend that any financial instrument should be bought, sold, or held by you. We do not take into account your personal financial situation. Trading options involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for every investor. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing date. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. All payments are final and non-refundable, including monthly fees, annual fees, and Founding Member lifetime plans. No partial refunds or prorated credits are issued for unused time. Consent: By enabling SMS notifications in your account settings, you expressly consent to receive automated, recurring text messages from SigmaSnap at the phone number you provide. These messages include trading signal alerts and trade exit notifications.
How to Opt In: SMS notifications are available only to paid Pro and Founder plan subscribers. To opt in, you must: (1) log in to your account at app.sigmasnap.net, (2) navigate to Settings at app.sigmasnap.net/dashboard/settings, (3) enter your phone number, and (4) toggle the SMS Alerts switch to ON. The SMS Alerts toggle is OFF by default — no messages are sent unless you actively enable it.
Message Frequency & Rates: Message frequency varies based on market activity, typically 1–5 messages per trading day. Message and data rates may apply. Carrier support is not available for all carriers.
How to Opt Out: You can opt out at any time by toggling SMS Alerts to OFF in your Settings, or by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for support.
Service Availability: SMS notifications are provided as-is and may be delayed or unavailable due to carrier issues, network outages, or other factors beyond our control. SigmaSnap is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

All content, algorithms, trade logic, signal methodology, and software on the Service are the intellectual property of SigmaSnap. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our signals, analysis, or platform without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SigmaSnap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee any specific results from using our signals. Backtested performance is hypothetical and does not represent actual trading. There is no guarantee that future signals will achieve similar results.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
